Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Sinalis UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and its customers regarding the use of the Sinalis platform and related services.
§ 2 Subject Matter
Sinalis offers an AI-powered assistant for patient communication in medical practices. The scope of services is based on the selected plan and the current service description.
§ 3 Contract Conclusion
The contract is concluded through acceptance of the customer's offer by Sinalis. Acceptance can be made either expressly or by activating access to the platform.
§ 4 Prices and Payment
Current prices are listed on our website. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Payment is made monthly in advance.
§ 5 Data Protection
The protection of personal data is important to us. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.
§ 6 Contract Term and Termination
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with one month's notice to the end of the month.
§ 7 Liability
Sinalis is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, Sinalis is only liable for intent and gross negligence.
§ 8 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, insofar as the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
