Three founders from Munich, one problem in the German healthcare system.
One of us, Achim, grew up in an Ärztefamilie. Derin and Paul came in from the technical side, but the moment Achim started talking about what his family had been telling him for years, the problem clicked: the German healthcare system is buckling under its own communication load.
Doctors stuck on phones instead of with patients. MFAs nearly impossible to hire and harder to retain. Patients calling six times to reach a Praxis. We'd lived it from the patient side. Achim had lived it from inside the system.
When we met at the Anthropic × TUM.ai hackathon in September 2025 and won the main prize together, we already knew which problem we wanted to take on. We just needed each other to take it on properly.
Every decision we make is guided by patient welfare and relieving medical staff.
Your data belongs to you. We rely on the highest security standards and GDPR-compliant processes.
We work closely with practices and develop our solutions together.
Technology is not an end in itself. We develop AI that solves real problems.
September 2025 to today.
We meet at the Anthropic × TUM.ai hackathon in Munich. Win the main prize. Decide to keep building together.
Deep customer discovery across Germany. Interviews with doctors, MFAs, and practice managers; multiple in-person visits to real Praxen to watch what works and what breaks. The first version of Sina ships out of what we hear. In parallel, we win the SAP Build track at hackaTUM '25 and get voted into the audience top 3 among 1000+ builders, at Europe's largest hackathon. Proof we ship well together under pressure.
Munich office. Full-time on Sinalis.
Sina takes her first real patient calls. The first practice manager calls us back within a week to tell us how much time she's already saving.
First PVS integrations live. Third place at the Hausärzteverband Baden-Württemberg pitch.
Sina absorbs 80 hours of phone work in a single month at one of our practices, the full phone load of an MFA.
Sina handles 600 patient calls a day for Praxen across Germany. 150+ practitioner interviews and continued on-site practice visits stand behind every product decision. The team that won together still ships together, just for higher stakes now.
